Meet Polly McDonald

Polly established Wells St Bodyworks in 2012, having worked in the industry for the past 10 years as a massage therapist and naturopath in various natural therapy clinics, providing professional and quality treatments. 

She is a qualified Naturopath, Remedial massage therapist, Nutritionist, Pregnancy massage therapist, Hot Stone massage therapist, Joya Crystal massage therapist. 

Polly began her career, and interest in the human body, with a degree in Sports Science, but soon developed an ongoing interest in Ayurvedic and holistic approaches to health and well being through her extensive travels in India, Thailand and Bali. This led Polly to further her studies, completing an Advanced Diploma in Naturopathy, Diploma of Nutrition and Cert IV Remedial massage at Nature Care College, St Leonards.

Over the years Polly’s passion for bodywork has led her to complete various specialised massage courses including:

• Pregnancy (pre and post natal) 
  
• Hot Stone (La Stone) technique
  
• JOYA crystal massage 
  
• Reiki

Through these skills and gathered knowledge, Polly will individually design a holistic massage treatment that will benefit the client and assist them in achieving their health goals.
